Last month we had a fun visit from an old Swedish friend. Martin was a good friend of Chad's in high school and was back for a visit with his father, Per. He was a groomsman for our wedding in 1994, and then we visited his family in Sweden when we were stationed in England in 1996. He was back two years ago with his mother, Marie and plans to someday bring his entire family sometime in the near future. He has a wife and three little ones, so was at ease with our family. We had such a nice time catching up and no visit, no matter what country, is complete without ice cream. Grant got such a big kick out of watching Martin order ice cream...I guess the waitress misunderstood (he has a very strong accent but speaks very good English) and I'm not sure what went wrong but the kids ended up with double deckers - big points in Grant's book!

Ok Micah looks so much older... Crazy, but still totally PRECIOUS! Adam is such an artist, he really has a gift there:) Loved hearing more of what you are up to friend... I miss you... Life is so crazy huh? Can't wait to catch up more... thanks for the chatting for a little while last week... it was the high light of my day:) Love you!
