Another Very Special Day

I love you, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,
my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
This is Adam's chosen life verse; Psalm 18: 1-2.

We celebrated another special day for our family.  Adam made his confirmation of faith before the church and Luke received the gift of holy baptism.

The entire Meyer side made it

Daddy snapped a picture of Leah and Mommy, she is just getting SO big
A special time, when a father blessed his second born son
 A photo of many blessings
The entire Boggs side made it, including Great Grandma Dottie who let God know that it would be a dream of hers to travel and hear her oldest grandson preach in person
 Luke Josiah Thomas
A moment with our pensive, artistic, nurturing son

 Adam Kahle: meaning free man
"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."
2 Corinthians 3:17
Special siblings, each declared their promise to pray for our blessing
 Proud grandparents
The realization that time does not slow down and we're left pondering how our precious son has grown into a young man already...how exciting it will be to see how the Lord leads his life
He was so happy to be able to share such a special day with his baby brother
The special baptismal gown once worn by Great Grandpa George, whom we lost just a few weeks ago - so very special
