Another Very Special Family

I have already mentioned that our days at the seminary were certainly a special season, and that one of the things that made them remarkably sweet were the friends we made.  One of the families we met our first year was the Muench family, now residing in Texas.  In so many ways, these friends are treasures.  The kids were so excited for visitors, and the Muench family were excited to see how the kids had grown because they hadn't seen them since 2007!  On campus, they not only were our neighbors (and took Spanish classes with us) but also watched our FIVE little ones for 9 whole weeks while we went through foster care classes.  Some other delightful tidbits about them is that they've adopted and were missionaries for several years!

Our little town is certainly not near a major interstate or even well traveled highway, so it was a special gift to us this past summer when they stopped by to visit and stay a bit.  So as you can see, 2014 found us spoiled again in the visitors department...I was thinking about the Muench family last night again and wondering why I hadn't posted about them.  I has my "tech guy" check into it, we found that he had downloaded the photos to one computer and not the other.  So sorry about the delay dear friends, we love you and appreciate your time!  You deserve a treat for being so brave...for giving us a call and stopping by to join our circus for a few days.
